1. Overview

The following notes give a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics tools and loads no content from third parties. Fonts are served from our own server.

3. Hosting

This website is operated on our own infrastructure. The servers are located in Germany. No external hosting provider is involved.

4. Server log files

When you access this website, the web server automatically records information that your browser transmits: the requested page, date and time of the request, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system and IP address.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the secure and error-free operation of the website. The log files are stored for 7 days and then deleted automatically.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we store the details you provide, including your contact data, in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases it is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

6. Your rights

Within the scope of the applicable law you have the right at any time to access your stored personal data, its origin, recipients and the purpose of processing free of charge, and where applicable the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You also have the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
